I don't have the time or space on your survey to write everything I'd like to say about Chris Luckowski. Chris was a phenmonial agent and your company should be valued to have him as an employee. Chris made this transaction super smooth and seamless. I have told my story to others and they were shocked about how well everything went. I can't even tell you that we hit a small bump in the road. Chris always took the time to explain everything and make sure we had a thorough comprehension. He worked so well with John Quattroci from First American Mortgage that I felt like I had a team of dedicated professionals on my side. Chris represented us to the fullest extent and when the sales person we dealt with at our building company provided wrong information and messed up our mortgage figures Chris caught it immediately. Again, you should be honored to have him working for you and I hope your other clients can have transactions as smooth as this one.

Additional comments: Chris was very knowledgable and professional. We sold our duplex within 2 weeks, a very difficult task in todays market. We left settlement feeling like we made a forever friend. Additional comments:  Chris was masterful during the whole home purchasing process. He had a strong knowledge of the real estate market in our area and he used this knowledge to our benefit. I have to say that he made it all too easy for us (I'm still shocked that it was so easy..what real estate problem!). I will certainly recommend Chris and Century 21 to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
